Play with Friends function not working

The "Play with Friends" function is currently not working. The team is investigating to resolve the issue.

Score screen shows inaccurate information

There are visual bugs that we are aware of and are working on resolving. Known bugs include:

• Change in rank points showing inaccurately

• Victory / defeat displaying inaccurately

Game unable to launch if phone setting is not set to English

There is currently a known bug in which devices set to non-English as their default setting will not be able to launch the game properly. We are aware of the issue and are working on resolving it.

Game crashes and disconnects

There are various times when the game would disconnect at match start or crash in the middle of the game. These are dependent on different factors such as your location and device model. We are aware of the issues and are working on resolving them.

For users who experience a disconnect, please restart the application before playing the next game.

Message showing that the Nexium League season has ended

When users log in for the first time after updating to the latest Buddy Arena version, a pop up appears with the message "Nexium League season has ended". This is purely a visual bug.

Game display bug showing everybody with 0 crystals mined

This is a bug that we are aware of and are working on resolving. Users can still find out how much they have mined by referring to the crystal count on top of their character. Crunch Time will not be activated. The game will still end when one side reaches the winning condition.
